The Matthew Project - YouCan

Norfolk-wide support for children and young people under the age of 19 who are affected by a family member's drug/alcohol use.

We can support you in the following ways:

• Regular 121 tailored support using a range of interventions
• Offer a safe space to talk and aid understanding of your experiences
• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Meet in a place where you feel safe
• Flexible contact (phone, text, email etc.)
• Finding other support services to help you

In addition to one-to-one support, you can participate in activities that help build confidence, connect with other young people who have similar experiences and develop vital skills. These activities take place during school holidays and evenings.
