About this service
South Tyneside Adult Recovery Service is an accessible, integrated drug and alcohol service run in partnership by Waythrough and Spectrum Community Health CIC. We offer a range of confidential and non-judgemental services for anyone aged 18 years old or over and living in South Tyneside who is experiencing problems with substance misuse. Our aim is to support people to stay safe and live happier, healthier lives, free from drugs and alcohol.
